ROVV
A ride-hailing and mobility platform’s website, built for riders, drivers, and fleets in one place
One site, three audiences.
ROVV needed a marketing site that could onboard riders, drivers, and fleet partners without feeling like three separate products stitched together. I led it end to end, research, sitemap, wireframes, and 10+ high-fidelity pages, covering city rides, delivery, car rental, fleet management, and airport transfer as one service, not a list of features bolted on.

A website that communicates ROVV’s mission and services
Fair pricing, driver welfare, and offline-friendly booking shaped the site’s message from the start, instead of a template borrowed from a Western ride-hailing brand. Safety, transparent fares, and a bidding model for fares set the tone across every page, mobile included.

Getting started, reduced to five steps.
Every page teaches before it asks for anything. How the app works is five plain steps for passengers and drivers alike, with the same ground covered again as FAQ rather than buried in a help centre nobody opens.

Role & Responsibility
Led the project solo end to end, research, sitemap, wireframes, and every high-fidelity page across desktop and mobile. Worked directly with developers for accurate implementation, and went through several rounds of revision with stakeholders, correcting and adjusting screens as their feedback came in.
